This Beta Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Propel Agent ("Propel Agent", "we", "us") and the individual or entity named at sign-up ("you", "the Agent"). By ticking the acceptance box or accessing the Propel Agent beta service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
Propel Agent is currently operating in beta phase. This means the service is in active development. Features may change, be added, removed, or temporarily unavailable.
Beta access is provided free of charge for the duration of the beta period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may end the beta programme at any time, with or without notice. If we transition to a paid service, you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to continue or cancel.
Propel Agent provides AI-powered tools and workflow automation designed to assist New Zealand real estate agents with operational tasks including (but not limited to): prospecting support, lead follow-up, content creation, CRM assistance, compliance guidance, and business coaching.
Propel Agent is a tool, not a licensed professional. Nothing we provide constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or real estate agency advice under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. Always use your own professional judgement and consult qualified professionals where required.
We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Propel Agent service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and your obligations as a licensed real estate agent under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 and the REAA Code of Professional Conduct.

You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and to keep your contact details current.
We collect the personal information you provide during sign-up and in your use of the service. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and business information.
Any data processed through the Propel Agent service is handled in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. Data transmitted through the service is encrypted in transit.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Our full Privacy Policy is available at propelagent.nz/privacy.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information they receive from the other party in connection with this Agreement.
You acknowledge that Propel Agent's systems, processes, workflows, and AI configurations are proprietary. You must not disclose, share, or use this information for any purpose other than your own use of the service.
You may cancel your access to the Propel Agent service at any time by emailing [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Propel Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Our total liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, during the beta period, is nil).
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
